CNC Milling
Intricate and accurate 3-axis machining is easily achieved with the VMC machining centres. With the addition of the rotary table, this introduces a fourth axis, which gives Brooklyn Engineering the leading edge in complex 4 axis machining.
CNC Turning
Reducing machining times inevitably reduces costs. Large batches are rapidly turned, reducing processes that could take a few hours, to just a few minutes.
Wire Cutting
Complex shapes, cut out and splits are readily accomplished with one of the fastest wire cutters currently available on the international market. With a cutting accuracy of 0.005mm, wire cut products need no or very little machining as a subsequent procedure.
